PROCESSING TIMES

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed, printed, and prepared for shipment. During collection launches, holidays, or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGED OR LOST ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and artwork so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your order appears lost in transit, please get in touch and we will investigate the shipment with the courier.

INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS
