Welcome to House of Nocturne. By purchasing from this shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Products

House of Nocturne offers a selection of photographic artwork including:

* Limited edition Instax prints

* Open edition fine art prints

* Open run signed Instax singles

* Occasional special releases or collaborative works

Due to the handmade and artistic nature of many items, slight variations in colour, texture, cropping, or finish may occur.

Limited Edition Prints

Limited edition Instax prints are produced in strictly limited quantities. Once sold out, they will not be reproduced in the same format or edition size.

Each limited edition piece may include:

* A signature

* Edition number

* Certificate of authenticity (where stated)

Edition sizes and details will always be listed on the product page.

Open Edition Prints

Open edition fine art prints and open run Instax singles may be reproduced without a set edition limit unless otherwise stated.

Signed open run Instax singles remain open edition works even when hand-signed.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

Payment is required in full at checkout before orders are processed or shipped.

Prices may change without notice.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted.

Shipping times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, postal delays, or seasonal demand.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

House of Nocturne is not responsible for:

* Delays caused by postal services

* Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

* Customs fees, import duties, or local taxes

Tracked shipping is recommended whenever available.

International Orders

International customers may be subject to customs charges or import taxes determined by their country. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the limited, collectible, and intimate nature of the artwork, all sales are considered final.

Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted unless:

* The item arrives damaged

* The incorrect item was sent

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

* Your order number

* Clear photographs of the packaging and item

Approved claims may result in a replacement, partial refund, or full refund at our discretion.

Copyright & Image Use

All images, artwork, photographs, branding, and written content remain the intellectual property of House of Nocturne and/or the artist unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

Artwork may not be:

* Reproduced

* Resold commercially

* Edited

* Distributed

* Minted as NFTs

* Used for AI training datasets

  without written permission.

Resale of Limited Editions

Collectors are welcome to privately resell purchased physical prints. However, reproduction, scanning, duplication, or unauthorised commercial use is prohibited.

Product Display

We make every effort to display artwork colours and tones accurately. However, colours may appear differently depending on screen settings and devices.

Privacy

Customer information is used solely for order fulfilment, communication, and shop operations. Personal information will never be sold or shared with third parties except where necessary for payment processing or shipping services.

Right to Refuse Service

House of Nocturne reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

* Suspected fraud

* Harassment or abusive behaviour

* Pricing or listing errors

* Violation of these terms
